Returns & Refunds Policy

At Simmoj Digital Vault, we value clarity and transparency. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Final Sale)

All digital products, including ebooks, guides, PDFs, spreadsheets, journals, and downloads, are Non-Refundable and Final Sale.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a file is purchased and delivered, it is considered accessed and cannot be returned, retrieved, or revoked.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products under any circumstances.

2. Physical Books (Amazon Purchases)

All hardcopy books are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.

Returns, refunds, or replacements for physical books must be handled directly through Amazon in accordance with their return policy. We do not process or manage returns for physical products purchased via Amazon.

3. Order Cancellation

Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

For physical products purchased via Amazon, cancellation rules are governed by Amazon’s policies.

4. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Goods via Amazon Only)

Returns are only applicable to physical products purchased through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s return conditions, including:

• Item must be within Amazon’s return window

• Item must meet Amazon’s condition requirements

• Original packaging may be required depending on Amazon policy

5. Refunds

Since all digital products are non-refundable, no reimbursements will be issued for digital purchases.

For eligible Amazon returns, refunds are processed directly by Amazon using the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

For physical books purchased via Amazon, any issues such as damaged or incorrect items must be reported directly to Amazon for resolution.

We are not responsible for shipping damage, delays, or loss once an order is fulfilled by Amazon.
